Shipping & Returns
Orders placed by 12 Noon CST will ship the same day. Most orders placed after the 12 Noon CST deadline will ship the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by Pure Envy or our shipping partners.
Delivery times vary based on your location, and you can view an estimated delivery date during the checkout process by selecting your preferred shipping method. Pure Envy offers next-day delivery to most areas in Southern California and Nevada, provided you place your order by 12 Noon CST for same-day fulfillment. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day

For orders being delivered to remote or hard-to-reach areas, there may be an additional shipping charge. The exact cost will be provided at checkout, where you'll see a detailed estimate of your total shipping fees based on your location and preferred delivery method.

At Pure Envy, we partner with UPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery service. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an invoice via email that includes a tracking link at the bottom. This link allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time as it makes its way to you.

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, Pure Envy cannot accept returns or exchanges on toys and other personal products once they have been purchased, unless the item is defective. This policy ensures the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any product that is intended to come into contact with body parts or bodily fluids is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and, for hygienic reasons, cannot be accepted back.
This policy applies to a wide range of items, including but not limited to:
- Vibrators and dildos
- Douche and enema kits
- Anal toys, beads, and plugs
- Cock rings, cock sleeves, and other male intimate devices
- Gags, ropes, and bondage gear

Additionally, consumable items such as lubricants, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also non-returnable, as they are considered personal care products.
We uphold this policy to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and to protect the well-being of all our customers. If you receive a defective item, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance with a replacement.
If you discover a defect in your item within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to replace it with the same product. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team and provide details of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email, along with instructions on how to return the defective item to us. Please note: A Return Authorization Number must accompany any return for it to be processed. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
When contacting us about a defective item, please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number (found in the top right corner of your invoice) or your web confirmation number.
- Your full name.
- A description of the defect.
Once the defective item is received at our warehouse, we will promptly process the return and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost. Please note, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the defective item back to us.
To ensure smooth processing, the returned item must include all original parts and packaging, including any applicable accessories like batteries, cords, controls, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other components that came with the product.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to receive your order, there are a couple of options available to you:

Refuse Delivery: At the time of delivery, simply inform the carrier that you are refusing the package and ask them to return it to the sender. This way, the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

Return to Sender: If the package is delivered but you no longer want it, do not open the shipping box. You can bring the unopened package to the carrier and request that they return it to the sender. Alternatively, you can write "Return to Sender" on the unopened package and drop it off at your local post office or shipping center.
Important Note: All orders are considered non-returnable once the shipping box is opened. For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened packages will not be accepted back by our warehouse, even if the items inside are unused. It is crucial that the shipping box remains sealed if you plan to refuse the delivery or return it to the sender.
Please ensure that you handle the package appropriately if you wish to return it, as this helps us maintain the highest standards of health and safety for all of our customers.
Product, Sales and Promotions
Once you proceed to checkout at Pure Envy, you can enter your coupon code on the checkout page. There will be a designated field for coupon codes where you can input your code. After entering the code, you’ll see the discount automatically applied to your order total. Please note that only one coupon code can be applied per order.
Once you've selected the product you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button to place it in your shopping cart. After placing your order, a web confirmation number will appear at the top of the confirmation page. This number is your unique order identifier. Shortly after, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order details and confirmation number for your records.

At Pure Envy, we do not process or maintain backorders. If an item you’ve selected is out of stock at the time of purchase, it will be automatically removed from your order. You will only be billed for the items that are in stock and available for immediate shipment. The final amount charged to your payment method will reflect the adjusted order, ensuring that you are not charged for any unavailable products.
